This is for Classic mode users wishing for Deluge to open on startup.
On Linux, desktop file copied to:
.config/autostart/
On Windows, copy shortcut to:
C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
For Mac OSX this might work, (from SO):
defaults write /Library/Preferences/loginwindow AutoLaunchedApplicationDictionary -array-add '{Path="/Applications/Your Application.app";}'
