Description
Deluge not save the window_pane_position as normal user UID 1000
as root user working correctly

i changed gtkui.conf, config and deluge dir permission to 0777 dont work

If it works as root I don't see how this is a Deluge issue. You will need to investigate this yourself as this is not a replicable issue. For example are the timestamps for gtkui.conf changing?

now working
its command in deluge.desktop i delete %U
$ deluge-gtk %U not working
with
$ deluge-gtk working

That doesn't really make an sense but if it's now working, fine.
