All torrents dissapear after a crash

Description
After a crash all torrents have disappeared in deluge. It seems that in torrentview.state the information of the torrents is still there.
I'm using 1.3.6 version of Deluge for Windows.

The state/torrents.state file contains the torrent information but it is likely that due to a crash the file was corrupted. This is not really a bug report simply an observation and fixes applied in #2016 should allow recovery from a previous state in the next major version.
