    12122. Open Utilities and select Terminal. 
    13 3. Type: {{{mv .config/deluge/ipc/ .config/deluge/ipc_old/}}} 
     133. Type: {{{mv ~/.config/deluge/ipc/ ~/.config/deluge/ipc_old/}}} 
    14144. ⌘Q to quit the Terminal.
