Description
J'ai paramétré le démarrage de Deluge au démarrage de Ubuntu 13.10. Deluge ne démarre qu'une fois sur deux. Dans le cas où il ne démarre pas il n'est pas possible de le faire démarrer de toute la session.

I set up Deluge so that it starts with my system (Ubuntu 13.10), but it does start only half the time. In the case when it doesn't properly start at boot, I can't seem to launch it for the whole session.
