tray icon double click to open window

its a common option of tray icons that when you double click on them, they open up the window and i would like this to be added to deluge. currently single left or right click opens up the tray icon menu, and i'd suggest that only the right click does this, as most programs have it that way as well. consistency between application behavior makes the world better. :)
