download/upload limit indication in down/up speed columns

Description
i would like to suggest that in the down speed and up speed column, there is some type of indicator that there is a limit on the speed. possibly the addition of unicodes U+2912 (upload limit) and U+2913 (download limit) or possibly unicode U+21A8 for both.
