Hidden the "associate magnet link" button in gtk until this is fixed.
Commit applied to 1.3-stable [9987d335a] and develop [0a7e02bf34]

There is now a Magnet URI Handler for OSX

Users are unable to open magnet links due to GTK-OSX not supporting this feature.
