Enabled Plugins list not always showing the correct options for selection

Description
Under windows 7 sp1 64-bit with the developement branch when adding and removeing plugins sometimes the list doesnt match with what shows when you click one. In other words you click autoadd and the label options show. Disabling all the plugins then re-enabling them fixes this at no loss to options/saved settings.

Please use a more descriptive title for tickets, also there is currently a problem with Trac displaying images, if you could link using imgur or similar.

Also as you can see in the image im not sure id say "reflecting current state of plugins" as that to me sound like whether its enabled or not and thats not the issue its the selection in the list of enabled plugins thats not working.
