Description
Something i noticed today is a feature we should add thats new(i think) is the gettting torrent from url should use proxy settings.

Apparently its possible to get the torrent through libtorrent looks like right now its just downloaded using twisted which is why proxy isnt used.

looking im actually not sure you can lol maybe its a feature in a client and not libtorrent that i was reading about.

I think that would cover it. I didnt think about it but yea theres actually a few things that ignore the proxy setting some of which is ok but really it should have support for it for cases like someone mention where a proxy is necessary to work.
