Description
Windows 8.1
If Deluge is dragged to a second screen, then that second screen is removed, Deluge continues to try and open on that second screen.
A Windows Key + Right Arrow or Windows Key + Left Arrow will bring the Deluge window back, but clicking on the icon in the taskbar will not.
