Description
Under Preferences -> Network, clicking on the Test Active Port button opens a URL in the form of file:///home/ethan/%22http://www.deluge-torrent.org/test-port.php?port=54321%22

The problem still persists in version 0.5.9.3. Attached is a screenshot demonstrating the problem. To reproduce, do one of the following: go to Preferences, Network, and click on Test Active Port. OR, click on Help, About, and then on the URL that's displayed (http://deluge-torrent.org). This happens on a Fedora 8 system, tested with Deluge v. 0.5.9.1 and 0.5.9.3, with Firefox 2.14 and 3.
