Description
On windows 8 computer with two displays, deluge changes window location every time new torrent is added. Window jumps to left display top left corner

As left display is not always turned on it is really annoying... window jumps to the corner even if it is on the left display already so, maybe, windows 8 vm would be enough to reproduce the bug

Not sure how we are going to test/fix that, I don't have two monitors nor Windows 8...
