WebUI shows favicon incorrectly (large)

There're many tracker comes with big icon e.g. ​http://animetorrents.me/favicon.ico

these big icon doesn't display well in WebUI, it take up the whole "tracker host" item place holder with only part of it is shown

suggestion: resize it to fit like chrome show the them as small icons in the tabs

This is due to missing python dependency, pillow, on your system. If you are running Windows then it will be included in next release.

You might well need to delete those affected icons from icons directory in config.
