[GTKUI][Connection Manager] Start Daemon Config Option

Description
It would be nice to have a option to specify a --c(config) for starting a daemon with. This way a user can easily have 2 or more daemons running all with a seperate set of settings on the same host.
Sample situation this would be useful for. Say someone has a work tracker/torrents only reachable through proxy or vpn. This same user also wants to have a regular torrent client for downloading linux distros.
This user needs 2 daemons each with seperate proxy settings. Currently you have to start at least one of them manually or start the ui with 2 different config options.
