I'm only doing new webui features in 0.6, but regrettably there is not create-torrent plugin for 0.6. A gtk-ui or console-ui version of create-torrent have much more priority then webui. And a console version would qualify as remote.
I would like to mark this bug as : "Plugin-Developer needed". But there is no such flag,marking it WontFix.
