GTK not refreshing torrent view from iconified

Description
When GTK is iconofied on ubuntu 16.04 and a torrent is finished, if you open the GTK interface by double click on the icon, it will not say that it's completed but still says that it's downloading. using the deluge-console shows as completed. have to close deluge and open it again then will show the files completed or not. when not iconified all ok.

If from the icon i do pause session and then a resume session it will show up the right state. it's just when on the iconified state. any idea ?

Sorry that sounds completely different to the original description so I am now confusing as to what issue you are reporting.

Will look up as soon I have some time. But another old bug jumped up again. If u start gtk iconified mode its ok systray works but when starting up in that mode the preferences button stops Working so you can't disable the option anymore . Have to edit manually or delete .config/deluge

I have tested iconifying the app and changing the torrent states via webui and then showing the gtk app and the torrents state is correct. Also tested pausing and resuming session.
If this is still an issue please reopen ticket.
Please provide more info, screenshots etc...
