Description

I'm using OSX 10.11.5

Under Settings and UI Notifications, Popups enabled and Sound enabled are greyed out. The Sound Customization tab is also greyed out.

Summary: sound notification is greyed out → OSX sound notification is greyed out

It's due to pygame missing in osx package. I'll try to include for next release.
