Improve Console help dialog

Description

Areas that need attention:

  • There is no mention of use spacebar in help.
  • The help guide is overly verbose.
  • Pressing h in certain areas does nothing. e.g. connection manager, sidebar
  • While in help you cannot open other dialogs straightaway. e.g. preferences
