    1414I've also compiled libtorrent from source as shown in the wiki here, which is currently 1.0.10, but the issue persists.

     16EDIT: I reverted to a Veeam backup of my VM 13 days ago, when I know for sure deluge worked, and was able to get the python version to show libtorrent version 1.0.9.0. So, we know that works.
