Language selection in WebUI affects GTKUI

Description

I noticed that with a language set in web.conf and gtkui set to system default some of the text in gtkui was being translated.

Is this in standalone mode?

I think it was with the webui plugin but can't remember if it was standalone

It doesn't make sense unless the WebUI and GTKUI runs in the same process, so I'd presume it would have to be standalone?

I have finished working on the PR for now so I will get you more details later :P

You are right thought only in standalone with plugin makes sense.
