Further improvements for icons

• Still not entirely happy with small icons e.g. download/seeding. Perhaps use a lighter contrast arrow instead.

• Monochrome deluge icon for ubuntu themes (22px):
  • ubuntu-mono-dark
  • ubuntu-mono-light

• Consider requirements for colour-blind users.

• Small improvements could be made to the all icon.

Out of curiosity, what is the impetus to change the current icons anyways?

To me it's looking a bit dated. The icons have some design issues such as symmetry is off and not being centred and it's quite hard to modify existing svgs easily. I had been creating a new droplet shape on and off for a few years, to fix those issues. Then realised I could create a more modern look after reading about google material design.
