Force Recheck doesn't recheck for new files

Description
If you add a new item and the files do not exist, then copy the files to where they should be, and click "Force Recheck" it doesn't look for new files to handle. The item has to be removed and added again to see that there are files to check.
I would expect "Force recheck" to recheck files, not ignore them and pretend nothing to do.
