Extractor plug-in will not select

Good morning,

Hope you can help.

Deluge: 1.3.15 libtorrent: 1.0.11.0 OS: Windows Server 2012 R2 Plug-ins: Label and WebUi? Installation: Installer

I tick the box next to Extractor but it did not show on the list to the left and it unticks when I click 'Apply' or 'OK'.

The account in use is in the Administrator group and also when I run Deluge as Administrator I still have the same problem.

look in %appdata%\deluge and post the error in deluged.log file.

I have just uninstalled and deleted as many files to do with Deluge, rebooted, and installed again. Started the setup again I still had this same problem so I looked for the log file where you said it would be to not find it. ?:/

Can you remove simpleextractor-0.4.1-py2.7.egg

Did you delete the entire Program Files Deluge directory before reinstalling?
