https://dev.deluge-torrent.org/Download gives the below error
Error: Not Found
No handler matched request to /Download

Ah I assume you mean on https://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki which is now fixed
For reference I was using href="Download", which worked fine when URL was https://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/WikiStart but created the wrong link at https://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki

Logon to the websste and click on download simply. A forum post mentioned the issue so I create the ticket for a better sight. I just updated the topic for the record (https://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=55057)
