Description
I changed my password even on the webui and it wont let me close or open deluge. They are both perm locked! Here you can see: https://i.imgur.com/pAKicBE.gifv

Thank you I force closed deluge, set the field to false reopened and now I was able to enter. And your correct the password was different here. Thanks!

Changing the webui password would have no effect, it is the desktop app tray password.
It would be useful to know what is going on so can you run deluge from the terminal to see what error messages are output?
The workaround is to modify the
gtkui.conffieldlock_traytofalse.
