Ensure the manual Ubuntu stable release has sync'd the git repo before a build request is made!

  • Add details about creating the commits for releases and pushing tags to origin.
  • Quick test that installs and run in isolated environment
  • Verify that files are listed and downloadable on ftp
  • Verify deluge-all.js in tarball?

Automate the process where possible with script and CI
