Test active port always tests random port

Description
When you go to the "Preferences" dialog and to the "Network" tab, even if you uncheck "Use random ports" the program will check for a random port whenever you click "Test active port".

It uses the 'active_port' to determine which port to test. It is likely that you didn't apply the changes to your preferences before clicking on the Test Active Port button.
