Cannot create account, cannot send message on #help in irc

Hello,

I need some help with my Deluge. I'd like to use the forums or IRC as support. Unfortunately the register page for the forum asks a question that points to another question above it. There's no question above it. I cannot register. I tried the IRC, but I cannot send messages in #help. Not sure why?

Oh, God, I was registered 1.5 years ago, had the same issue, and it still happening! I just guessed the answer.
What question do you see?

Deluge doesn't *HAVE* a #help channel, nor does it require you to register to join #deluge.

As for the forum issue, isn't it asking about the question literally right above it?

I can confirm, the question is referring to the *ONLY* question on the forum registration page that is not the captcha. When you think about it the answer is pretty obvious -- but they should also allow another possible answer, since there are more than one that fit the question.
