Sorry to hear you are having problems with Deluge crashing. Did you try downgrading pango version? Unfortunately I suspect that this is lower level than the Python code so not fixable in Deluge.
Perhaps help the upstream pango devs with a backtrace: https://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/Contributing/BugReporting#HardCrashesofDelugeorlibtorrent

So today (12/12/2021) a new Manjaro XFCE *.iso torrent is released.
When I add it after downloading it from the Internet, and Deluge starts up without the crash and runs as one would expect.
But still crashes when launched from the keyboard
