Description
Since deluge stores things as .#hash#.parts in the downloading folder, there's no good way to go back and figure out what these [sometimes very large] files go to. I can't seem to find a way to get anything to read those .parts files so it would be nice if there was some way to search the hashes of the deluge files to match the hash up to a file name to triage .*.parts
