autoadd-plugin "add" window behaviour

Description

Using docker image linuxserver/deluge:latest, I noticed a strange behaviour

The "autoadd" window is really really small (vertically) and cannot be resized (vertically)

How to reproduce :

  • Open the Web UI
  • Go to "Preferences"
  • Add plugin "autoadd"
  • Go to the "autoadd" section and click on "add"

Now you'll notice that the pop-up window is really small vertically (you can't see its content). You need to click more than a hundred time on the bottom of the window, each time adding 1 pixel to it, to finally see its content entirely

In meantime I made a few changes to this plugin which hopefully should help(despite cannot reproduce myself, but raised by atleast 3 people so surely an issue here) and uploaded/explained in the 'edit' part of this forum post: ​https://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtopic.php?p=236835#p236835
