Description
In Deluge 0.5.8.4 I cannot set desired ratio after which a torrent gets removed from seeding, defaults to 0,00 whatever I try to input in that field.

Please look at this again, I am not using any plugins. This is plain Deluge 0.5.8.4 and I believe this is how it works, because if I leave it as is (0,00) the torrents get removed as soon as they're downloaded.
This is the third tab in Preferences. Tick the first, the third and the fourth tickbox. Change the 0,00 value, click OK and re-open Preferences. The value will be still 0,00.
