Randomly won't (re)check torrents.

Description

Somehow randomly Deluge will refuse to check or recheck any more torrents. If I restart Deluge I'm able to recheck torrents again.

I still have this problem in 1.3.3 on Windows. The problem occurs very often. It just stops checking at some percentage and refuses to continue. I have to close and start Deluge for almost every torrent (using torrents of 10GB or so).

Please create a new ticket as reopening a 3year old ticket when you are not the OP and for a completely different version is not helpful.
