Deluge lost all configuration and torrents when out of disk space.
Hello, I was running deluge and when disk space run out deluge give me number of messages saying "can't write to file" or something.. Then I closed deluge, freed some disk space and started deluge. And now deluge has lost all configuration and torrents. And the default values was in use.

This doesn't sound like a bug to me... Rather it's a symptom of running of of disk space. Once Deluge tries to open the prefs files for writing it's going to fail if there's no free space on the disk. Simplest fix is to keep your torrents and your prefs on different partitions... A "Feature Request" for Deluge though would be "Stop downloading when XX disk space remains"
