webui portion of blocklist "download now" and "import now" dont work

nothing seems to get done. hitting "refresh" doesnt show any updates

thy hittting "save" instead of "refresh status". "refresh status" only updates the blue text, it does not import anything.
The UI will be improved. status will be displayed somewhere else.
