... which gets really annoying when the torrent list contains a few big torrent seeds
I am not sure whether this happened before upgrading to 0.5.8.4, perhaps it's related to the fast resume thing in the changelog? or do I need to delete some configuration file (which one? trying to avoid recreating the torrent list fom scratch)

Yeah, I have the exact same problem. Its a little annoying, as new torrents only start after Deluge has finished rechecking all the completed torrents. And that can take some time! Would like to know how to fix this

This is still a problem. I use 0.5.8.9 and it still rechecks the torrents. Not always, but 3 of 2 starts. If u need debugging information or whatsoever just ask me. I'll be glad to help. Byya
