Localised Deluge

Description
As I am not a native English speaker, I would like to see all dialogues on my language therefore it would be nice, to have an localised Deluge. Normally there is a File, where every String in English is written and in the next line, you can write the translation. Deluge then reads out the file and every dialogue is translated in the speakers native language.
Give it a try.
