unable to add torrents with spaces in the filename by double clicking on them in windows

Description
Version: Deluge 1.05(x64)
Operating System: Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit, Windows XP Professional 64-bit (haven't tested if this occurs on 32-bit)
When double clicking on a torrent file whose filename has a space in it, an error message pops up stating: "Failed to run the program, Error:2, The system cannot find the file specified." The title of the window is "StartX". Drag 'n Drop works fine to add the torrent.

This will be fixed with the new windows installer..

I can verify this on 1.0.5, 1.0.6, and 1.0.7 on WinXP SP3. Each install was removed completely prior to any new install.
I'm surprised this has carried on through so many versions.
