Friend slot

Description
It would be nice to be able to set some friend slot for upload. I guess its not a standart feature of the bittorrent protocol. But we could think about Something very basic like right clicking on the peer list -> add slot or something more complicated with some kind of pseudo/client Name management. I dunno iam not an expert at all i just know that it would be very usefull.
