Deluge does not remember the Horizontal separator position after restarting

This is an old problem with deluge, it just dose not remember the position i set for the horizontal separator in the middle which separator the torrent area and the status,details..etc. When shifting the separator to the middle in full screen mode, then restarts deluge ,the separator goes back to the default position.

I'm using Deluge 1.1.2 on Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid Ibex.

The problem still presence after upgrading my system from ubuntu 8.10 to 9.04. I will try to be more specific & explain better this time: 1- If i set the size for all of the separators of progress bar ...etc ,when deluge window is maximized ,then (log out and in) into ubuntu the seperators size shrinks ,espicialy the Files and Pears tabs i found the separators shrinks too much you can check this picture which explain what i mean.
