In version 1.1.3 this works, but column widths are not stored between upgrades of Deluge. As Deluge is upgraded quite often, this is a bit anoying. To made myself clear - after upgrade, column sizes are minimal again.

1.1.5 often has those columns set to the minimal size. I'm not sure what causes it. It seems to happen most after a crash + reboot.
When upgrading to 1.1.6, the columns stayed the correct size. Unfortunately, 1.1.6 doesn't do anything on my computer, so now I've downgraded back to 1.1.5
I'm using Ubuntu 8.10; also, Akismet hates me.

This should have been fixed in 1.1.2, why don't you give that a try?
