seperate packages for gui and core

Description
Would be nice to have two sepeate packages to Install just the core on a headless machine without the need of all the dependencies for the gui (gtk na all this stuff).

This is at the disgression of the packager, some do and some don't. Debian/Ubuntu do for example, Arch don't.
