Description
I was running the stock install of Deluge packaged with Ubuntu Intrepix Ibex (something like v0.5.9) then installed the latest off of the PPA (v1.1.3). Both versions' uPnP failed to forward a port from my router (a DLink DGL-4300).
uTorrent in WINE and on Windows is able to forward a port without a problem, but for some reason Deluge cannot.

uPnP does not work for me. I have the same router and experience as listed in the previous comment (with uTorrent in WINE as well). Using version 1.1.7.
This bug was marked as fixed by andar 3 months ago yet I still cannot use uPnP with deluge.

I've fixed this in libtorrent revision 3592 and this will be included in the libtorrent 0.14.4 release.
