Sound notification with mp3/ogg files

Description
I've tried with both mp3 and ogg (or oga) file. Maybe you're forgot some dependencies.
I use Ubuntu Intrepid i386 and the PPA for Deluge Team. regards

I tested this with Deluge 1.2.2 on Ubuntu and confirmed mp3s did not work. However testing found that wav files worked fine so i am changing this to feature request.
