Merge tracker lists when adding a duplicate torrent

Description
when trying to add another tracker to an existing torrent via firefox, pressing download on the same torrent from a different tracker, does not add the new tracker to the existing one of the torrent
the wanted behavior is to add the new tracker to the existing torrent if one exists
