compact space reservation

Description
when the "space reservation" is set to "compact" it's impossible to check whitch files to download or whitch to skip
deluge v 1.1.6 & 1.1.7 ubuntu 8.10 & 9.04

This is a limitation of libtorrent. You can only set file priorities with Full allocation (which is recommended anyways since it uses sparse files).
