 * Build Docs
 * Build webui compressed javascript

= Post Release =

 * Update with version and release notes:
    * ReleaseNotes
    * Forum Announcement
    * IRC Welcome Message
    * Website frontpage 
    * Website version script
    * [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deluge_%28software%29 Wikipedia]
 * Trac close milestone and create next version
 * Ensure stable branch commits are also in development branch
