Pre-Release

• Changelog is up-to date and add release date
• Update po files from ​Launchpad
• Version number increment:
  • setup.py
  • docs
  • win32/deluge-bbfreeze.py
  • win32/deluge-win32-installer.nsi
• Tag release in git
• Build Docs
• Build webui compressed javascript

Post Release

• Update with version and release notes:
  • ReleaseNotes
  • Forum Announcement
  • IRC Welcome Message
  • Website frontpage
  • Website version script
  • ​Wikipedia
• Trac close milestone and create next version
• Ensure stable branch commits are also in development branch
