+This release brings the usual bug fixes and translation updates.  I've added in a workaround for the 'address_v4 from unsigned long' exception, which should prevent the daemon from crashing, but may limit the ability to resolve country codes.  The actual fix will be available in libtorrent 0.14.3.  Also, some bugs with torrent creation have been fixed and it should work properly now in Windows.
